Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 September 2026

Who you are agreeing with

MSRX is a brand name used by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual. It is not a registered company, a partnership or an LLP, and nothing on this site should be read as implying a corporate entity behind it.

In these terms "we", "us", "our" and "MSRX" mean Mrinal Singh Raja. "You" means the person using an MSRX app or this site.

What these terms cover

This page covers this website and, in general terms, the MSRX apps listed on it. Each app also has its own terms describing what that app specifically does — how MSRX Meeting handles recording consent, what MSRX PulseNet stores, what JEE HyperLab is not affiliated with.

Where an app's own terms differ from this page, the app's own terms apply to that app. This page fills the gaps rather than overriding them.

Everything is free

Every MSRX app is free. There is no fee, no subscription, no paid tier and no advertising. Most need no account at all.

That is a deliberate choice rather than an introductory offer, but it also means there is no contract of sale, no service level, and nothing you have paid for that we owe you.

Provided as they are

To the fullest extent the law allows, the apps and this site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

This is a one-person project. Apps change, break and occasionally stop. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

Anything generated by a model can be wrong

Several MSRX apps use large language models. A model writes text that reads as confident whether or not it is correct: it states facts that are not true, invents detail that was never in your input, and explains a wrong answer as fluently as a right one.

Everything a model produces in an MSRX app is a draft for you to check, never a result to rely on. Nothing any MSRX app produces is professional advice of any kind — not financial, medical, legal, educational, engineering or safety advice — and using an app creates no advisory relationship between us.

What you may not do

Use an MSRX app for anything unlawful, or to infringe somebody else's rights. Upload or process material you have no right to process. Attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent any limit, security control or rate limit. Use automated means to extract content at scale, or resell access.

Do not present output from an MSRX app as reviewed, verified or endorsed by us.

Intellectual property

Whatever you make with an MSRX app is yours. We claim no rights over your files, your charts, your codes, your plans or your documents, and no attribution is required. In most of the apps we could not claim anything in any case, because the work never leaves your device.

The MSRX name, logo and the apps themselves remain ours. Source published on GitHub is governed by the licence in that repository.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated saving, arising out of or in connection with your use of an MSRX app — whether the claim is framed in contract, negligence or otherwise, and whether or not we were told such loss was possible.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000). We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

If you use an MSRX app as a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away rights your local law gives you that cannot be taken away by agreement. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes

MSRX apps are actively developed and these terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the date they last changed. Continuing to use an app after a change means accepting the revised terms.

There is no mailing list, so there is no notification to sign up for.

Questions about these terms, and any grievance under India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, go to mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com. It is answered by the person who wrote the software.

This page describes how the apps actually work, in plain language. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
